Pro Tip: Don’t sleep in your contact lenses! But, it happens to the best of us. So when you do accidentally doze off with them in, don’t take them out right after waking up. If your eyes are dried out, you could risk pulling the top layer of your cornea along with them. Wait 20 to 30 minutes and lubricate with artificial tears, then wear your glasses for the rest of the day to give your eyes some air!
